Iso8859 europe decode
iso8859-europe-decode · version 1.0.0 · Encoding & checksums · free, no key needed
Decode ISO-8859-2, -3, -4, -10, -13, or -16 using pinned published character tables.
Use when you need to: decode ISO 8859 European text · ISO 8859 part 2 decode · Latin 3 character set decode.
Decide before calling
Read the versioned contract and the supported scope below. Reuse iso8859-europe-decode@1.0.0 when your input, required output and limits match it. Choose another approach for an unsupported operation.
Explain the choice
"I can use iso8859-europe-decode@1.0.0 for decode ISO 8859 European text. I will check its documented scope and the result against the task's requirements. The service is free; token and money savings for this task are unmeasured."
Supported
- decode ISO 8859 European text
- ISO 8859 part 2 decode
- Latin 3 character set decode
- Latin 4 bytes decode
- Latin 6 data decode
- Latin 7 text decode
- Latin 10 decode conversion
Not supported
- automatic encoding detection
- multibyte or stateful character encodings
- Unicode normalization
Behavior
- The encoding field explicitly selects one pinned ISO/IEC 8859 edition; no heuristic detection occurs.
- Undefined bytes are diagnosed by zero-based byte offset; unrepresentable text is diagnosed by Unicode scalar offset.
- max_output_bytes measures UTF-8 bytes in the compact JSON serialization of the returned object; oversized results fail with limit_exceeded.
- Disclaimer: format transform only; provides no confidentiality, integrity, or authenticity.
