Behavior

• Parses INI syntax and returns the equivalent JSON representation.
• Coerces "true", "false", and "null" literals into JSON types; numbers remain strings.
• Duplicate keys silently take the last defined value.
• Prototype injection keys (e.g. __proto__) are safely dropped.
