# Angle DMS convert

Convert a signed integer angle between degrees, arcminutes, and arcseconds as an exact rational.

- wrap to 0..360

## Behavior

- value is a canonical integer string; negative values are orientations and are not wrapped.
- from and to are exactly deg, arcmin, or arcsec.
- 1 deg equals 60 arcmin equals 3600 arcsec.
- The output is the reduced canonical rational of value * from_arcsec / to_arcsec in the target unit.

- `value` (string, required): max length 1001
- `from` (one of "deg", "arcmin", "arcsec", required)
- `to` (one of "deg", "arcmin", "arcsec", required)

## Output

- `numerator` (string, required)
- `denominator` (string, required)

## Limits

- max digits: 1000
