# ComputeFirst Terms of Use Version 2026-09-29 · Effective 29 September 2026 These terms are an agreement between you and **Idan Roth**, a private individual in Israel who runs ComputeFirst at https://computefirst.net ("ComputeFirst", "we", "us"). ComputeFirst is not a company. Please read them together with our [Privacy Policy](https://computefirst.net/privacy). ## 1. Accepting these terms You accept these terms when you use ComputeFirst in any way: the website, the MCP server, the HTTP API, the command-line client or an optional profile. If you don't agree, don't use ComputeFirst. These terms and the Privacy Policy are linked from the website, the MCP server's instructions, the API documentation and the OpenAPI file, so that people and the software acting for them can read them before use. You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to your use of ComputeFirst. If you use ComputeFirst for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation. ## 2. AI agents acting for you Many people use ComputeFirst through an AI assistant, agent, script or connector. Anything that software does with ComputeFirst on your behalf counts as your own use. These terms bind you, and you are responsible for its actions, including the requests it sends, the data it submits and the limits it reaches. If you build a product or platform that calls ComputeFirst for other people, you are responsible for their use and must not let them break these terms. ## 3. The service ComputeFirst is a catalogue of deterministic software tools that AI agents and people can search and run. It is currently free and needs no account. - ComputeFirst is closed source. Tool descriptions and contracts (what a tool does, its input and output schemas, and examples) are public so that the tools can be found. Tool implementations are not public. - The service is experimental. We may add, change, retire or remove tools and features, change limits, or stop the service entirely, at any time. When practical, we will announce a planned shutdown on the website at least 30 days in advance. - We don't promise any level of availability, speed or support. ## 4. Future pricing ComputeFirst is free today. We may introduce paid plans, paid features or usage charges in future. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the website, and by email to profile holders and subscribers who gave us an email address, before any charge applies. We will never charge for use that happened before that date. Any paid plan will be offered under separate terms that meet the consumer-protection rules that apply to you (in Israel, the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, including its distance-selling and cancellation rules), and we will not enrol you in a paid plan or recurring charge without your separate, express agreement. ## 5. Optional profiles and keys A free profile, signed in with a passkey, adds saved tools, personal history and savings totals. You can also sign in with just an email: that creates a separate free account with one agent key, shown once and valid for 90 days. The account's saved tools and history are reachable only with that key, so a new sign-in starts a new account. We don't verify the address yet, so use only an address you control, and never someone else's. You are responsible for keeping your passkeys, recovery codes and agent keys safe, and for everything done with them. Don't put keys in URLs, public prompts or shared code. If you think a key is exposed, revoke it in your profile and tell us. ## 6. Emails from us We only email you if you asked for it: a newsletter about new tools that you subscribed to and confirmed, a one-time notice that a tool you requested with your email address is ready, or a reply to something you sent us. We may also send profile holders and subscribers essential notices about changes to these terms, the Privacy Policy or pricing. If an AI agent or another person entered your address, just ignore the confirmation email; nothing more is sent unless you confirm. You can unsubscribe with the link in any newsletter or by emailing us. We follow section 30A of Israel's Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982, and the anti-spam law of your country. ## 7. Acceptable use Use ComputeFirst lawfully and fairly. In particular, you must not: 1. exceed or get around usage limits, for example by rotating network addresses, creating extra keys or profiles, or splitting traffic to avoid limits; 2. overload, disrupt or attack the service, test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission (please report security issues to the contact below), or bypass any security or access control; 3. scrape or harvest the service in order to copy it, for example by systematically running tools to collect outputs that recreate our tool implementations, or by copying the catalogue to build a competing service or dataset. Reading, indexing and linking our public documentation and tool contracts so that people and agents can find ComputeFirst is welcome; 4. reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of the service, except where the law allows this despite a contractual ban; 5. submit anything illegal, or use the service for an illegal purpose or to infringe anyone's rights; 6. put secrets in inputs: passwords, API keys, access tokens, private keys, recovery codes or similar credentials; 7. put sensitive data in inputs, such as health, genetic or biometric data, data about sex life, religion, political views or criminal records, government ID numbers, or payment card and bank account details; 8. include personal data about other people in inputs, unless you are allowed to share it with us and the task actually needs it. Use anonymised or test data where you can; 9. submit malware or anything designed to harm systems; 10. pretend to be someone else, or suggest that we endorse or partner with you. We automatically remove some recognisable secrets, but this cannot catch everything. You are responsible for what you and your agents submit. ## 8. Your inputs and outputs You keep whatever rights you have in the inputs you submit and the outputs you receive. We don't claim ownership of them. You give us permission to process your inputs as needed to run the tools, return results, and operate and protect the service. If you use a passkey profile, you also permit the content recording described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your inputs. Because the tools are deterministic, other users may receive identical outputs. If your inputs contain other people's personal data, we process it only in memory, only to return your result and only as these terms describe; nothing is stored unless you use a passkey profile, whose content recording the Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to send it to us. If the law that applies to you requires a written data processing agreement for that data, don't send it unless we have signed one with you. ## 9. No warranty on outputs ComputeFirst is provided "as is" and "as available". The tools are deterministic, but they can still contain bugs, mishandle unusual inputs, or be used for tasks they were not designed for. Check that a tool fits your task. Outputs are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. **If you or your agent rely on an output for a legal, financial, tax, medical or safety-critical decision, you must verify it independently first.** To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. This does not affect rights you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be waived. ## 10. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows: - we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities; - we are not liable for losses caused by relying on outputs that were not independently verified, by your or your agents' inputs, or by events outside our reasonable control; - because ComputeFirst is free, our total liability for all claims relating to it in any 12-month period is limited to USD 100. If we ever charge you, this limit becomes the greater of USD 100 and the amount you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you that cannot be waived. ## 11. Our intellectual property ComputeFirst, including its software, tool implementations, catalogue, search, documentation, tool contracts and the ComputeFirst name, belongs to Idan Roth and is protected by law. We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the service under these terms. You may quote and link our public documentation and tool contracts, and use the code examples in them to connect to ComputeFirst. No other rights are granted. In particular, you get no right to our source code. ## 12. Feedback and tool requests Feedback, suggestions and tool requests, including any example inputs and outputs you send with them, help decide what gets built. By sending them, you give us a free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable licence to use, copy, modify, implement and publish them, including by building tools based on them, with no payment or other obligation to you. Tools we build remain ours. To the extent the law allows, you agree not to assert moral rights (attribution or integrity) in them against us or our successors, and you confirm that you are entitled to grant this licence. We may share them with AI development assistants as described in the Privacy Policy. We may already be working on similar ideas, and we don't promise to build anything or to reply. Don't include confidential information, other people's personal data, or material you have no right to share. ## 13. Suspension and ending use We may limit, suspend or block access, including by key, profile, client software or network address, if we reasonably believe that you broke these terms, created a security, legal or cost risk, or harmed the service or other users, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. You may stop using ComputeFirst at any time and ask us to delete your profile (see the Privacy Policy). Sections 8 to 12, 16 and 17 continue to apply after your use ends. ## 14. Other services Your AI assistant, agent platform and other tools are provided by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for how they handle the data they send us or the outputs we return to them. ## 15. Changes to these terms We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes, and will post the new version on this page with a new date. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice before they take effect, on the website, in the MCP server description and API documentation, and by email to profile holders and subscribers who gave us an email address, unless a change is required by law or urgently needed for security. A change never applies to use before its effective date. Profile holders will be asked to accept a materially adverse change at their next sign-in; if you don't accept it, you can ask us to delete your profile. If you keep using ComputeFirst after the effective date, the new terms apply to that use; if you don't accept them, stop using ComputeFirst. ## 16. Law and courts These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute about ComputeFirst or these terms. For consumers this jurisdiction is not exclusive: you may bring a claim in the court of your own district in Israel where the law gives you that choice, and if you live outside Israel you keep any protection that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts. ## 17. General These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about ComputeFirst. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a company or person that takes over ComputeFirst, and we will announce this on the website. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails, unless consumer-protection law requires otherwise. ## 18.
